Stephen Dunham has been specialising in capital allowances for fourteen years with the last six of those in a senior position within the Tax Depreciation Group at Deloitte. During his time in capital allowances, Stephen has been extensively involved in all aspects of capital allowances issues across a wide range of business sectors, from large scale property investors and occupiers to sports teams and stadia operators and is considered one of the leading capital allowances advisors in the sports and leisure sectors. Stephen is Chartered Quantity Surveyor and member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and also a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians.
